Biking Ohiopyle and Beyond
There is phenomenal biking to be enjoyed in Ohiopyle and the surroundings. The Great Allegheny Passage, the rail-trail paralleling the Yough River through Ohiopyle State Park, is one of the gems of The Laurel Highlands. It is only a 2% grade, making the miles easy to pedal through and is spectacularly beautiful.

The Great Allegheny Passage through Ohiopyle is some of the best biking around. You can ride upstream or downstream along the Youghiogheny River and either way is spectacularly beautiful! You'll pass little waterfalls and streams flowing into the Youghiogheny. Bring your own bikes, or rent them through us.
Mountain Biking
Ohiopyle is growing as a Mountain Bike destination. More trails are getting added to the system and there are even bigger plans than that...but while those plans are still developing, there is plenty of riding to enjoy.
