Take I-80 (Ohio Turnpike) East to I-76 (PA Turnpike); continue East to Exit #9 (Donegal), then take Rt. 31 East (2-3 miles); turn right onto Rt. 711/381 South; at T-intersection in Normalville PA, turn left and continue on Rt. 381 South into Ohiopyle PA. Follow Rt. 381 South through Ohiopyle, you will cross 2 bridges on your way through Ohiopyle, make a left turn at the directional sign, the sign will say Guided Rafting / Park Office. The Wilderness Voyageurs check-in booth is located (on the right ) in the Parking Lot across from the State Park Office.
