Working in Ohiopyle State Park will be one of the most memorable jobs you'll ever have. There are many positions available. If you want to be a raft guide - this is the place to learn! No experience is necessary. We'll teach you all the skills you need to become an accomplished guide and be able to guide on a variety of rivers. If you want to be part of the team, but not a guide - there are positions in reservations, sales, the outfitter store or the restaurant. > Reservations & Sales Director: Work closely with the marketing team in making sales. In charge of the reservation team, hiring & training. Trade shows and some travel time in required.

If you are interested in being a River Guide or Instructor:
You must have outdoor skills, excellent communication skills, have up to date first aid and cpr cards. WFR or other EMT training is a plus. Training will be provided for River Guides. It is rigorous and physically demanding.

You must have proven skills and/or previous instruction experience for kayaking, mountain biking and climbing instructor positions. Please download a raft guide candidate letter for training information and details.
